Develop Leadership Skills for Marketplace Ministry

At Boyce College, the Business Leadership minor equips future missionaries and ministry leaders with essential skills for leading organizations and managing teams. Designed for Global Studies students, this minor emphasizes how business and leadership skills can open doors for ministry in a global context, whether through formal business ventures or everyday marketplace engagement. Coursework in management, organizational behavior, and key business disciplines prepares students to lead with wisdom and serve with integrity. Students interested in using business as a platform for global mission should select the Global Studies major and add this minor to prepare for leadership wherever God calls them.

Preparation to live and work inter-culturally in both national and international settings.
