Business as Mission: Learn to Lead and Serve in a Global Context
The Global Management emphasis at Boyce College offers a unique opportunity to combine business training with real-world cross-cultural ministry through an exclusive partnership with the International Mission Board’s Hands On program. Students spend a full semester overseas, living and working alongside a ministry team operating a business or organization in a global context. Coursework in language, culture, and international business equips students to navigate complex cultural environments while using business as a platform for mission. To pursue this emphasis, students should select the Business Administration major and choose Global Management—preparing for careers in international business and gospel-centered leadership.
